"Billie" passed away at her home in Dunedin Aug. 12, 2015, at age 99. Wilhelmena S. Robinson was born in Philadelphia, PA, graduated from UPenn, and taught first grade at Chestnut Hill and Germantown Academies. Billie married Edwin J. Fancourt Jr. in 1942, and they lived in Flourtown, PA. After Edwin's death in 1988, Billie transitioned to Dunedin, where she enjoyed golf and was president of her condo. Billie is survived by loving friends and family. Billie will be interred with the Fancourt family at West Laurel Hill Cemetery in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
