The Life of Carol Ostrom Allen
ALLEN, Carol Ostrom, 79, of Bryn Mawr, PA, died peacefully at home on Monday, August 17, 2015. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother; a dedicated teacher and caring mentor. She is survived by her husband of 54 years David Wilford, Sr., her sons Jonathan Ostrom, and David Wilford, Jr., and her grandchildren: Hugh “Mac”, Avery, Thomas, and Nicholas. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 21, 2015, at 12:00 PM in the Beaumont Retirement Center, 601 North Ithan Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010. Contributions can be made in her memory to The Beaumont Scholarship Fund, 601 N. Ithan Ave. Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 or St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 355 St. John's Circle Phoenixville, PA 19460. Arr. by BRINGHURST FUNERAL HOME at WEST LAUREL HILL CEMETERY.
