The Life of Renato Thomas DiStefano Jr.

DiSTEFANO, RENATO T., Jr. died peace-fully in Wilmington, DE. on July 28, age 86. Born May 24, 1929, he was married to the late Marta Jane for 52 years. He was ensign on USS Wallace L. Lind in the Korean War. He attended Catholic schools and earned three degrees from Columbia University. He was an electronics engineer at RCA, IBM, GE and for the U.S. Navy and Air Force. He was for 50 years a member of St. Monica Church, Berwyn (lector, Nocturnal Adoration, Holy Name Society; BSA 11, 146). He is survived by sons Richard (Dawn) of Berwyn, Joseph (Linda) of Wilmington, Andrew (Teri) of Malvern and Victoria Mahalsky (Mike) of Hillsborough, NJ. Grandchildren Nick, Drew, Ryan, John, Mark, Tess, Justin, Carl, Margaret, James, Maria, Renato 3d and Paul. Visitation from 9:45 to 10:45 A.M. on Friday, July 31st at St. Monica Church in Berwyn. Mass 11 A.M. Burial West Laurel Hill. Rest in peace, gentle Father.
