The Life of Pierre J. LaVerghetta
PIERRE J., 88, of Exton, passed away on June 30, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Maria and Cesare LaVerghetta. Pierre served honorably in the US Navy and worked as an engineer. Beloved husband of Barbara LaVerghetta (nee Dolan); loving father of Anne Brody (Jordan) of Philadelphia; and dear brother of Esther Grassi of Wildwood, NJ. Pierre loved to spend time with his family, was proud of his Italian heritage, a jazz aficionado and an avid tennis player. Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service on Monday, July 6, 2015, 11:00 A.M. at the West Laurel Hill Chapel, 215 Belmont Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
