The Life of Albert Schlessinger
Schlessinger, Albert, 87 of Penn Valley, PA, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015. He was born October 27, 1927 the son of Jacob and Rose (nee Kahane) Schlessinger in Philadelphia. He was a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Law School. He practiced law in Philadelphia for 50 years. He is survived by his wife, Blanche (nee Moak), children; David, Marjie Frankel (David), Andrew, and five grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters; Shirley Pein, Freda Roberts, and Frances Hahn. Service will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday May 29, 2015 at Bringhurst Funeral Home at West Laurel Hill Cemetery, 225 Belmont Ave., Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. The family will receive visitors at the residence of Andrew Schlessinger immediately following the interment and from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. There will be an additional gathering period on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM at the residence of the late Albert Schlessinger.
