The Life of Victor Giordano
GIORDANO, VICTOR D., on April 3, 2015. Beloved husband of Isabel Giordano; devoted father of Victor, David, and Donald: pre-deceased by daughter Nancy. Survived by brother John (Barbara), sister-in-law Donalee (Carl) Hall; daughters-in-law Carol Hughes, Mary Ellen Jacobs; grandchildren Isabella, David, Caroline; many cousins and dear friends. Born in Staten Island, New York 1929 to John and Carmella Giordano; Graduated Curtis High School 1946; Married Isabel Cormack in 1949; Vic moved the family to Maryland in 1963 to pursue a career in insurance, then to Philadelphia in 1972 to eventually become co-owner of the Pennock Insurance Company. In 1994 he was elected president of the AAMGA by his peers. Vic enjoyed golfing, traveling and spending time with family. He was an active member of the Bala Cynwyd Methodist Church where he sang in the choir and served as trustee. Services are to be held at the Ardmore Methodist Church, 200 Argyle Rd., Ardmore PA 19003 10 A.M. Sat. April 11th.
