VOGEL, WENDELL DIXON, passed away on April 12, 2015. Husband of the late Blanche M.; cousin of Patricia Smith; also survived by his loving aide, Yvette Givens. Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service Friday (April 24th), 2 P.M., at THE FLETCHER-NASEVICH FUNERAL HOME, 9529 Bustleton Ave. Int. private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Widener Memorial School, 1450 W. Olney Ave., Phila. PA 19141.
