The Life of Vera F. Gerken
GERKEN, VERA F. (nee Frankenfield), passed away on April 12, 2015, age 96, of Broomall, formerly of Upper Darby, Ocean City, NJ and Phila. Beloved wife of the late Harry F. who passed away in 1993. She is survived by her daughter Susan (Robert) Gardner-Thaete of Media, and her grandchildren William G. (Shane J. Nelson) Gardner and Kristen E. Gardner. She was predeceased by her daughter Vera G. in 1995. Relatives and friends are invited to her graveside service on Friday at 1 P.M. in the West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, PA. The family requests that memorials be sent in her name to the Alzheimer's Association , 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
