The Life of Margaret Saunders

Margaret Jennings., 86, of Radnor, PA, Died on Mon., Dec. 29, 2014. She was a graduate of both Springside School and the University of Pennsylvania. She started her working career as a kindergarten teacher at Chestnut Hill Academy. Her career pursuits eventually lead her to jobs with Readers Digest and Curtis Publishing. She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Thomas R., her daughter Katharine G., and her sister Anne Jennings Torrey. She is survived by her sons James (Jamie) and Sam, her brother James W. (Helen) Jennings, and various nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015, 1 PM at Our Lady of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 35 Old Eagle School Road, Strafford, PA 19087. Interment: Private. In lieu of flowers contributions in her honor may be made to Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, 500 West Willow Grove Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19118, Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals, 328 Upper Gulph Road, Radnor, PA 19087, or Doctors without Borders.
