The Life of Joseph A. Petrillo

Petrillo, Joseph A., 71 of Roxborough died suddenly, Saturday August 23, 2014. He was born on December 21, 1942 the son of Joseph A. and Jennie (Marzano) Petrillo. He graduated from Roman Catholic High School in 1960. He served the Philadelphia community as a dedicated Police Officer for 29 years working in the Park, K9, and Mounted divisions. After retiring from the force he worked as a Facilities Manager at the Kaiserman JCC ensuring the care and safety of the property. A devoted and loving husband, Father, and Grandfather, he leaves behind to cherish in his memories his wife Lois (Sunderland); children: Warren, Joseph, and Deborah Dundore; grandchildren: Alec, Allison, Rebecca, Madeline, and Katherine. Visitation to begin at 11:00 AM with memorial service to follow on Friday September 5th at Bringhurst Funeral Home at West Laurel Hill Cemetery, 225 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his honor can be made to a charity of your choice.
