The Life of Koula Sosangelis
SOSANGELIS, KOULA "CLARA" passed away on Aug. 14, 2014, after suffering a stroke. She was 83. She is survived by her husband of 64 years Hippocrates "Mac". Sosangelis, of Penn Valley; her son Savas Sosangelis (Linda); granddaughter Emily Sosangelis; William White son-in-law; grandson Alexander White; as well as her brother Constantine "Gus" Lacas (Kunda). She is also survived by several Lacas and Sosangelis cousins, nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be held at St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church on Malin Rd., Broomall, PA on Tuesday, Aug. 19. Viewing will be 10-11 A.M. The Funeral Service will start at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that gifts be sent to the "Athie Sosangelis-White Scholarship Fund" c/o Lower Merion Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 346, Ardmore, PA 19003. This scholarship fund was established by Clara's daughter Athie when she retired from teaching.
